However a pair of very expensive headphones went missing during the move, I accidentally left out, sadly I didn't get a chance to put them in my valuables bag before they arrived on the day (small pouch of in-ear noise-cancelling headphones left on the mantlepiece - must have been too tempting). Can happen with any firm I guess, it's who you get on the day and any one person can undermine the firm and the team. Still extremely annoying and, 3 months on, they haven't turned up. You need to put claims in within a week, unfortunately we were leaving to go on holiday and had too many other things to deal with to put a claim in. "
