"Horrendous experience. The supervisor was rude and dismissive. Several expensive wedding gift items were smashed despite warnings of fragile items. Extra charge of £100 on the day as poor assessment of goods on pre-delivery day visit led to requiring two trips (we moved 0.5miles). Poor response to several attempts to complain, still unable to speak to the manager. Am now in the process of taking the company to the small claims court. Definitely do not use this company."
